2.0 e-lilianne also reserves the right to refuse to accept any purchase order from any person or entity that is suspected of, or is found to have obtained goods or products through the fraudulent use of credit cards or other forms of payment on the internet or elsewhere.

2.1 Lingerie ordered from e-lilianne by customers with an Australian postal address or an international postal address (see "Shipping & Returns") will be sent to the customer by Australia Post (or other postal provider as determined by e-lilianne) once payment has been processed.

2.2 Due to delivery constraints e-lilianne is unable to accept orders from customers who require delivery to a country which is not within e-lilianne shipping area.

2.3 e-lilianne also accepts the terms and conditions set by any internet merchant banking facility in which an association is formed.

2.4 e-lilianne also accepts the terms and conditions set by any payment gateway company that enable credit card transactions over the internet. This condition applies only to the nominated company in which an agreement is established in writing.

2.5 e-lilianne does not assume responsibility, pecuniary or otherwise, for errors made in the ordering of lingerie by any customer in relation to any item of lingerie offered on its website.

2.6 e-lilianne operates in conjunction with the laws and regulatory provisions of Australia. Any customer ordering from outside Australia does so in the knowledge that they are not contravening the laws of their own country.

GIFT VOUCHERS

4.0 Voucher entitles you to a saving displayed on the voucher valid for a specific time only.

4.1 Voucher is only valid on web orders through www.e-lilianne.com.au

4.2 E-Lilianne reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers that have not been issued by E-lilianne.

4.3 Voucher has a no cash value, is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable or assignable.

4.4 Complimentary voucher can only be used once with each order.

4.5 Only one complimentary voucher can be used per person per promotion.

4.6 Only one complimentary voucher can be used per order.

4.7 Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion.

4.8 In the event of returns, refunds will be given for cash as used in the original purchase price above the value of the voucher.

5.0 In the event that part of the order is returned, the value of the voucher will be spread between the goods proportionately.

LOYALTY PROGRAM (reward point)
Designed to reward you for your loyalty to e-Lilianne (Australia), the Loyalty Program (reward point) is easy to use. When you make a purchase, you accumulate points.

5. 2 Reward Point = AUD$0.50. This exchange rate may change without notice (but it is unlikely that we will cancel our loyalty program (reward point)).

5.3. For each complete part of AUD$10.00 you will receive one reward point. i.e. a purchase of AUD$27.45 = 2 rewards points (purchase does not include the cost of the shipping).

5.4. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash or sold.

5.5. Reward Points can only be used to purchase products from e-Lilianne.com.au online site.

5.6. Reward Points and memberships can be cancelled at any time.

5.7. Reward Points cannot be combined, sold or transferred to another account.

5.8. If a refund would bring your Reward Points balance into a negative amount, we reserve the right to take this difference off the refund given.

5.9. When a product is refunded, any Reward Points used on this product is refunded back to your account. Reward Points earned during the original transaction are also debited from your account.

6.0. Reward Points are treated as discount points.

6.4. The Loyalty program may be cancelled or changed at any time. If the program is cancelled, all reward points will also be cancelled.

6.5. You cannot collect any past reward points prior to the Loyalty program starting date.

6.6. Your membership details are personal information for the purpose of the Privacy Act.

RETURNS
e-Lilianne offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. You may return an item if you are not completely satisfied, and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

Terms and Conditions:

6.7. No longer than 7 days for a refund or an exchange: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after the order is placed. You MUST first, login to our site and in 'My account' section, go to 'My orders' and request a merchandise return on the item you want to return.

6.8. Holiday Shopping Special Conditions: You can shop now (from 8th November 2009), and when ordering write in the comments “Holiday Shopping Special” and we will give you until the 4th January to exchange the gift if the size/color/style is not what you were looking for (exchange only. No refunds after 7 days of purchase).

6.9. No longer than 30 days for an exchange only, no refund: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed. You MUST first, login to our site and in 'My account' section, go to 'My orders' and request a merchandise return on the item you want to return.

7.0. DOCUMENTATION to be included with your return: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for e-Lilianne to process your refund

7.1. GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state, with their tag attached, and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. If these items are returned and have been worn, e-Lilianne will sent it back to you at your expense, except if it a defective item.

7.2. All items must have all the tags attached. You must send the item(s) back by registered post. Within the 7 days time frame (for exchange or refund) or the 30 days time frame (for an exchange only) at:

7.3. EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange for a different color or size or style, please follow the same instructions as above, and include an Australia Post Express Satchel for us to forward the replacement for re-delivery.

7.4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS/non refundable items: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for e-Lilianne to accept returns on underwear (panty), baby dolls, and any lingerie set that includes a panty/underwear. If these items are returned to e-Lilianne they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please note that all refund takes at least 14 days to be processed after we receive the goods.
