RETURNS

e-Lilianne offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. You may return an item if you are not completely satisfied, and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

Terms and Conditions:

No longer than 7 days for a refund or an exchange: All returns must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days after the order is placed. You MUST first, login to our site and in 'My account' section, go to 'My orders' and request a merchandise return on the item you want to return.
Holiday Shopping Special Conditions: You can shop now (from 8th November 2009), and when ordering write in the comments “Holiday Shopping Special” and we will give you until the 4th January to exchange the gift if the size/color/style is not what you were looking for (exchange only. No refunds after 7 days of purchase).
No longer than 30 days for an exchange only, no refund: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order is placed. You MUST first, login to our site and in 'My account' section, go to 'My orders' and request a merchandise return on the item you want to return.
DOCUMENTATION to be included with your return: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for e-Lilianne to process your refund

GOOD CONDITION: All returned items must be in their original state, with their tag attached, and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a refund. If these items are returned and have been worn, e-Lilianne will sent it back to you at your expense, except if it a defective item.

All items must have all the tags attached. You must send the item(s) back by registered post. Within the 7 days time frame (for exchange or refund) or the 30 days time frame (for an exchange only) at:

EXCHANGE: If you would like to exchange for a different color or size or style, please follow the same instructions as above, and include an Australia Post Express Satchel for us to forward the replacement for re-delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS/non refundable items: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for e-Lilianne to accept returns on underwear (panty), baby dolls, and any lingerie set that includes a panty/underwear. If these items are returned to e-Lilianne they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please note that all refund takes at least 14 days to be processed after we receive the goods.
